My Journey

Hey there! I’m Dr. Assem Awad, an Oral & Maxillofacial Radiologist passionate about digital dentistry, advanced imaging, and treatment planning. My journey began at Pharos University in Alexandria, where I not only studied dentistry but also engaged with NGOs, gaining valuable skills in business, marketing, and customer relations. These experiences showed me that patient care is about much more than just clinical work—it’s about communication, strategy, and precision.

After graduating in 2016, I worked as a general dentist in some of Alexandria’s top clinics. But one thing stood out: a major gap in communication between imaging centers and dentists. Most imaging centers simply provided scans, leaving dentists to interpret them alone. I knew there had to be a better way.

In 2019, I founded my own Oral & Maxillofacial Imaging Center with a clear mission: to bridge the gap between imaging and treatment planning. Instead of just delivering images, I focused on providing detailed reports, surgical guides, and collaborative support for dentists, helping them make more informed decisions and improve patient outcomes.

After three successful years, I made a strategic shift in 2022, choosing to close my imaging center and transition to freelance work. This allowed me to expand my reach and offer custom imaging reports, treatment planning solutions, and surgical guide designs to a wider network of dental professionals.

In 2024, I took my expertise further by pursuing a Master’s in Oral & Maxillofacial Radiology at Alexandria University. Now, through this platform, I aim to connect with dental professionals worldwide, providing high-quality imaging solutions, precise treatment planning, and cutting-edge surgical guide designs to enhance modern dental care.
